Art After Hours: Pottery Night Workshop
with Lori Pearson
Looking for a creative night out? Whether you’re coming with a date, a friend, or just yourself, get ready to get a little messy in the ceramics studio! Join Lori Pearson for an evening of creating on the potter’s wheel. She will guide you through the process and offer options for decorating your piece.
Participants will choose their glaze, and we will handle the firing and finishing for you. Finished pieces can be picked up approximately one week after the event. Light refreshments will be available.
Remember to wear or change into clothes you don’t mind getting dirty.
Adults only, 18+.

Drawing 101 Workshop
with Lena Shiffman
Don't be afraid to explore drawing! Start by getting comfortable with the basics, such as shapes and lines, and you'll find your skills growing in no time. In this workshop, artist Lena Shiffman will teach students the basic principles of drawing, including proportion, mass, value, and line. Working with charcoal on a variety of still-life displays, students will improve their drawing skills as they deepen their understanding of structure and composition.

1-A Morning Art Camp (5-8)

Ages: 5 - 8
Morning art camp invites children to explore various artistic mediums while having fun with their fellow campers! On Monday and Tuesday, participants will shape clay into colorful and creative 3D objects in our pottery studio. The rest of the week will focus on painting, drawing, and mixed-media projects that encourage creativity and self-expression.
All clay pieces will be fired in our onsite kiln. Families will be notified when the finished pieces are ready for pickup.
Early registration tuition: $315.00 (available until March 1, 2026).
Tuition: $330 (begins on March 2, 2026).

1-B Morning Art Camp (9-11)

Ages: 9 - 11
Join us for a week of artistic exploration! On Monday and Tuesday, campers will dive into painting, drawing, and mixed-media projects that encourage creativity and self-expression. The second half of the week will focus on crafting and designing unique 3-D clay masterpieces. This class is perfect for kids who enjoy exploring different ways to create art.

1-C Stop Motion Animation (12-15)
with Maya Sorhage
Ages: 12 - 15
Get ready to transform your wildest ideas into stop-motion animation movies! In this class, you will create your own characters, design exciting sets, and capture frame-by-frame animations to bring your story to life. Experiment and play while watching your creations come alive on screen!
For this class, students will need a smartphone or tablet with a working camera. The Stop Motion Studio app should be downloaded to the device before the first day of this camp.

Every picture has a story to tell. In this class, campers will create drawings and paintings that show who, what, and where their stories are about. Through fun projects and a variety of materials, we’ll turn ideas into colorful works of art filled with imagination and meaning.

This drawing and painting class is a great opportunity to develop your skills while having fun! Campers will explore different materials and techniques as they work from observation and imagination.

1-F Teen Pottery (12-15)

Ages: 12 - 15
Dive into creativity and craft something exceptional! Teen artists will learn essential building and throwing techniques, as well as glazing methods, as they design and create unique ceramic pieces from start to finish. This camp is perfect for teens who enjoy getting their hands dirty or want to explore a new medium.
