Young artists will explore the animal kingdom through drawing and painting in this playful 2D art camp. Campers will create colorful artwork inspired by real and imaginary animals while learning to use line, shape, color, and texture. From jungle creatures to underwater friends, each day invites kids to experiment with materials, build confidence, and bring their favorite animals to life.

Campers will explore layering images, textures, and colors from a variety of materials to craft one-of-a-kind artworks full of personality and style. This camp is perfect for teens who enjoy getting their hands dirty or want to explore a new medium.

On Wednesday, they will move to the 2-D studio to explore painting, drawing, and mixed-media projects focused on ocean environments, sharks, and other fascinating sea life.

All clay pieces will be fired in our onsite kiln. Families will be notified when the finished pieces are ready for pickup.
