The Center For Contemporary Art

Explore the art of ceramics in this hands on class designed for teens of all skill levels. Students will learn and refine both wheel throwing and hand building techniques while creating functional and decorative ceramic pieces. Along the way, they will develop essential pottery skills, experiment with glazing methods, and bring their creative ideas to life.

New and returning students are welcome! Those who have taken this class before are encouraged to enroll again, as each session offers new projects, techniques, and opportunities to continue building confidence and advancing their ceramic skills.

All work will be fired in our onsite kiln. Families will be notified when finished pieces are ready for pickup.

This class runs for 6 weeks.
